How do I use my e-gift card at the restaurant?
Identify the 16-digit sequence located on your e-gift email receipt. Once you receive the check, transcribe the 16-digit sequence at the bottom of the check under “MML e-gift #”
How do I include a message for someone with my physical gift card order?
There is a prompt to include a message during checkout. A note card with your message will accompany the gift card.
Can I use more than one gift card on my check total at the restaurant?
Yes. As noted above, you will need to include all 16-digit sequences on your bill.
Does my gift card expire?
No—they never expire. Cards must be deactivated by MML in order to be voided.
How do I check my gift card balance?
You will need the 16-digit gift card number and the registration pin on the back of the card or your digital e-gift email receipt. You can check your gift card balance here:
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders require 1-2 days of processing before being given to the shipping carrier. We offer a variety of shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, which you can choose from during checkout. Processing time will vary during the holiday season. E-gift cards are sent immediately to the recipient. It’s best to choose this option if it’s an immediate request.
Can I pick up a gift card in person?
Yes, specific restaurant cards can always be purchased at the host stand of a particular restaurant. MML Universal Gift Cards can be arranged for pick up during office hours. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order for pickup.
